Protection of personal data
greenmove.gr ensures compliance with the principles of personal data protection when using the services of this website in relation to e-commerce and distance selling, in accordance and compliance with international, European and domestic Greek law and in particular with the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, Directive 2000/31/EC and PD 131/2003 on e-commerce, as well as Law 2472/1997 on the protection of the individual and personal data as supplemented by the provisions of Law 2472/1997 on the protection of individuals and personal data.
Deleting data
Greenmove.gr expressly declares that it will not make any illegal or improper use of your personal data and does not transfer in any way and for any reason to any third party personal data and information of users/visitors. Your personal information will be permanently deleted at your request and will not be transferred in any way to anyone. The submission of data for the purpose of using the services of greenmove.gr is an affidavit of the Law 1599/1986 and therefore any false declaration of data may incur the penalties provided for in Article 22 paragraph 6 of the law.
Minor visitors/users of this website may access its services only with the consent of their parents or guardians.
Personal data
Our company takes every possible care to receive from you your complete and correct information. Therefore, our company shall not be liable in the event that any of its contractual or legal obligations are not fulfilled correctly and/or in a timely manner due to you sending us incorrect personal data.

When you register as a registered user the company may and you as a registered user accept that a session cookie system is installed solely for the purpose of identifying you and your transactions to create your customer history which is displayed on your personal page and is visible only to you. The aforementioned session cookies have the sole purpose of serving the better management of your profile and your transactions so that you are not obliged to declare your details from the beginning every time you visit greenmove.gr.
