Cancellation of reservation

When a reservation is cancelled 20 or more days before the customer's arrival, the full amount of the reservation is refunded (any transaction costs are paid by the customer).

For cancellations made less than 20 days before the client's arrival, the client pays 50% of the amount corresponding to the total days of the reservation cancelled.
